About Liviu Moroiu
I’m Liviu , I cook professionally from the age of 17 years old, started in Sicily where I developed and make all my base as a chef then moved to London where I experienced busyness in therms of big amounts of guests and private dine in different categories of restaurants including fine dining but mostly seafood bars and bistros , after I moved to the NL worked my way up to Chef but also continued as private chef.
