A proud alumnus of Le Cordon Bleu Paris, Chef Wii has since brought his refined touch to the private tables of celebrities, corporate leaders, and discerning gourmands. With extensive experience in gourmet and fine-dining experiences globally, he now collaborates with two fellow Le Cordon Bleu alumni to deliver bespoke gastronomic journeys.
