’m a 28-year-old chef from Nord-West Italy, passionate about delivering exceptional culinary experiences. Trained in the culinary arts, I combine technical skill with a warm, approachable demeanor, always eager to assist both guests and colleagues.
With experience in three Michelin-starred restaurants and extensive international training across England, India, Spain, France, and Dubai, I confidently execute diverse cultural cuisines. I spent a month in Mumbai training with local chefs, gaining firsthand experience of Indian culinary traditions, and have frequently prepared vegetarian and vegan diets.
I mastered fish selection and cleaning during a 7-month stint as a fishmonger in London, and can expertly butcher all types of land animals thanks to experience in top restaurants such as those led by Michel Roux.
For the past three years, I’ve worked as a private chef, developing exceptional skills in menu planning, food preparation, presentation, and service. I create custom menus for clients and large events, accommodate sports or weight-loss diets, and ensure every meal meets the highest standards. I also handle meal service, environment setup, and care for children of all ages when required.
