With years of experience in the culinary arts, I am specialized in the pastry field. Since I am really invested in bakery, I regularly sell my creations and organize buffet dinner with salty and sweet bakeries for birthdays, weddings and society events.

During two years, I worked for a family as batch cooker. With this innovative approach to meal preparation I introduced a family to five diverse and delicious dishes every week. It was a wonderful experience for me, because I realized every week new complete and balanced meals according to the seasonal vegetables and fruits.
