I am a professional chef with over 10 years of experience in high-end restaurants and hospitality projects in Spain and Venezuela. My culinary journey is rooted in formal training as a chef, baker, and pastry chef, combined with years of hands-on experience as Chef de Partie and Executive Chef in fine dining restaurants and luxury hotels.
I specialize in Mediterranean and international cuisine, with a strong focus on fresh ingredients, clean flavors, and well-balanced dishes. I enjoy creating personalized menus tailored to each client’s tastes, dietary needs, and the type of experience they wish to enjoy — whether it’s an intimate dinner, a special celebration, or a relaxed yet elegant gathering at home.
Throughout my career, I have had the honor of cooking and leading gastronomic experiences for a wide range of personalities from the artistic, sports, and political worlds, including presidents of different countries, artists such as Lola Índigo and Bless, actors like Miguel Ángel Silvestre and Álex González, and elite footballers including Luis Figo, Luka Modrić, Eduardo Camavinga, Antoine Griezmann, Marcos Llorente, and Antonio Rüdiger, among many others.
I have also worked on private events for major international brands such as Dolce & Gabbana, Louis Vuitton, Orange, and KPMG, as well as exclusive experiences for sports teams including Getafe C.F., Atlético de Madrid, and, most notably, the Miami Dolphins during the NFL Final in Madrid 2025.
In addition, I have had the privilege of cooking alongside renowned leaders of haute cuisine such as Paco Roncero, Ramón Freixa, and Dani García — experiences that have enriched my culinary style and strengthened a career built on excellence within the international gastronomic scene.
One of the dishes I am most proud of is my cheesecake, which perfectly represents my style: refined, comforting, and carefully executed. I also have a strong background in wine pairing, cocktails, and coffee, allowing me to design complete gastronomic experiences that go beyond the plate.
For me, cooking is about connection, attention to detail, and emotion. I don’t just cook meals — I create moments people remember.
