Ciao! I’m Chef Claudio — born and raised in Italy, where food is more than just a meal, it’s a way to connect, celebrate, and share joy. I’ve been cooking professionally for over ten years, but my real education started long before that, in my family’s kitchen, learning recipes passed down through generations.
I love creating fresh handmade pasta — from classic tagliatelle to stuffed ravioli — and I also specialize in gluten-free fresh pasta, so everyone can enjoy a real Italian experience without compromise. My cuisine is all about authentic flavors, simplicity, and the beauty of seasonal ingredients.
After working as a Sous Chef at Ristorante Daniele, I started offering private dinners and cooking classes, bringing a piece of Italy directly to my guests’ tables. Whether it’s a cozy pasta night or a gourmet tasting menu, I cook with heart, care, and a touch of that Italian magic that makes every bite special.
My favorite dish? Definitely ravioli with butter and sage — simple, elegant, and full of love, just like the way I cook.
Prices:
- 2 Guests: €120 per person (Exclusive, tailor-made private dining experience — full setup and service.)
- 3 to 10 Guests: €90 per person (Ideal for intimate dinners, family gatherings, or small celebrations.)
- More than 10 Guests: €75 per person (Perfect for group events, casual parties, or cooking experiences.)
