Francesco Calvani is a chef with Italians origins, lover of food made by the best of ingredients available in the global market. His approach to cooking is a mix of research and traditionalism that allow him to deconstruct both Italian and French recipes and to create dishes that give the senses fantastic experiences! He started to be passionate about the culinary world since the youngest age when he was looking at his grandmother's cooking.

After attending the "Grand Diplôme" at le Cordon Bleu in London, Francesco started working at Gordon Ramsay's Bread Street Kitchen and thanks to one of his friends he discovered the world of private dining and consultancy. Now after years of experiences in Catering he can organise amazing dinner parties or canapé events with the highest standard of customer service
