After years of working at fine dining restaurants around the world, I am passionate about showcasing my culture’s cuisine in an upscale dining experience. My Palestinian/Jordanian background has led me to appreciate fresh and local ingredients, with the addition of bright flavours and warm spices. I started working in kitchens professionally at the age of 16 and graduated from culinary school soon after, working in top restaurants in cities such as Dubai and Toronto. I now reside at Toronto’s staple Richmond Station and offer private dining services, including personalized events and celebrations. Hoping to share good food with you soon!
