I have been cooking for as long as I can remember. I have always loved the kitchen, because cooking, feeding people, and bringing people together around beautiful food and beverage is my love language. My culinary talent is rooted in family recipes passed down from generation to generation.

As a native New Yorker, my recipes are often fusions of my West African and Caribbean heritage and the many delicious cuisines you can experience in the city, from Asian and South American to classic soul food. With over 30 years of experience in hospitality management, I am well versed in both front- and back-of-house operations and can curate your entire dining experience—from food and beverage to décor and service.
