I come from a multicultural background, Cambodian origins and grew up in an Italian family by the sea. I discovered my passion for cooking as an infant which nurtured my curiosity and playfulness with food, as I grew up, my views didn't change much, I still love to play with bold flavors and different textures to bring each dish to life.

I learned to cook from a young age, growing through passion, dedication, and chefs that shaped my skills and creativity. My secret in the kitchen is simplicity done perfectly, letting quality ingredients shine through precise technique and attention to detail.

As an Italian, I put heavy emphasis on the quality of each ingredient, which thanks to my experience in different kitchens have taught me how to best use them to orchestrate a beautiful dish.
