Hi, I’m Juan Cabarcos, a Spanish chef originally from Galicia and currently based in London.

I have over 15 years of professional kitchen experience and have worked my way up to Head Chef, leading busy kitchens while developing my own style of cooking inspired by Spanish, Mediterranean and Mexican flavours.

My passion for food started at home, surrounded by traditional family recipes and fresh ingredients, and over the years I have combined those roots with professional training and experience in some of London’s fast-paced restaurant environments. Today, I bring that experience directly to my clients through private dining experiences, special events, meal preparation services and bespoke catering.

I love creating food that brings people together — from elegant tasting menus and intimate private dinners to vibrant tapas feasts, paellas and family-style celebrations. My cooking focuses on bold flavours, quality ingredients and beautifully presented dishes that feel both refined and comforting.

One of the dishes I’m most proud of is my seafood paella, inspired by the coastal flavours of Galicia and Spain’s Mediterranean shores. It’s a dish that consistently brings smiles to the table and perfectly represents my philosophy: simple ingredients, cooked with care, respect and passion.

For me, great food is about more than just eating — it’s about creating memories. Whether I’m cooking for a romantic dinner for two or a celebration with family and friends, my goal is always the same: to deliver an unforgettable experience that guests will talk about long after the last bite.
