We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Chef Stefano and his colleague. From start to finish, they completely took care of everything, allowing us to fully relax and enjoy the evening. They prepared a delicious four-course dinner, thoughtfully combining both meat and vegetarian dishes, all beautifully presented and full of flavor. What made it even more special was Stefano bringing unique, high-quality ingredients directly from Italy, which truly elevated each course. The attention to detail, smooth coordination, and personal touch made the whole experience feel intimate and tailored to us. We highly recommend Chef Stefano if you’re looking for an exceptional and worry-free dining experience at home.

Chef Stefano was ontzettend vriendelijk, maar ook heel professioneel... We hadden een 4 gangen menu voor 4 personen, Frans Japanse fusion en kregen van hem een crispy frisse amuse vooraf. De tonijn tartaar was hemels. De buikspek en entrecote waren botermals... En de cheesecake maakte het geheel helemaal af! Op ons verzoek hield Stefano er de vaart behoorlijk in! En schonk hij attent onze eigen wijn... Grazie Stefano voor ons een hele fijne avond te bezorgen!

Chef Stefano Martorana was een fantastische ervaring. Wij hadden mijn zus & zwager een verrassingsetentje cadeau gegeven. Ze wisten van niets… maar het eten en het gastheerschap van Stefano was meer dan geslaagd. Voor herhaling vatbaar!
