Destiny pulled me into the hot kitchen, where I worked hand-in-hand with the sous chef to supervise and manage American-Asian hot kitchen operations.

Since stepping into the hot kitchen, my passion for premium meats—especially mastering the perfect steak—has been growing day by day. I absolutely love working with high-quality cuts, perfecting the sear, and making steak a standout highlight of my menus.
