What does the Guesty integration do?
It connects the properties and reservations you already manage in Guesty to ChefMaison, so each guest automatically gets a stay-specific page where they can book a private chef, catering, or a culinary experience — without you setting anything up per guest.
Do I need a Guesty account?
Yes — the integration authorizes through your existing Guesty account. There’s nothing to set up on the ChefMaison side beyond connecting it.
What data is synchronized, and does it flow both ways?
Properties and reservations sync from Guesty to ChefMaison. Each reservation gets a unique stay URL with property, dates, and guest count, then ChefMaison tailors recommendations on that page. ChefMaison can share that stay-page link into Guesty. What you can write back depends on the provider.
Does it stay in sync automatically?
Yes. Once a property is activated, new and updated reservations refresh the stay dates and status automatically — no manual re-syncing needed.
Can I connect multiple properties?
Yes. Connecting your account imports the listings you choose, but activating ChefMaison is per property — you decide which ones offer it.
Can I connect my vacation rental or Airbnb without using Guesty?
Yes, we can connect your properties manually so you can benefit from the same experience as though you were using a property management system. Please contact us at operations@chefmaison.com.
How does the affiliate program work?
As a host, you earn a commission on ChefMaison services booked by your guests at your property. On Hospitable, you earn 10% for the first 6 months. Payouts are released 2 days after the event. You’ll get a notification when a guest books, including the event date. Affiliate payouts live in the ChefMaison dashboard. If the event is cancelled, the payout is withdrawn.
