I am William Beninati and I am the chef and founder of La Spaghettata, which typically means a quick pasta meal with friends. By expressing my creative yet authentic style, together with the simplest yet delicious ingredients, I want to bring this vision of quick, simple, authentic, yet tasty meals to live.
Following my love to combine food with people, I am therefore available for private dining occasions. I will be expressing my authentic yet creative touch through tailored menus and ambience for each clientele.
Since young, I have learned the art of making "Pasta fatta a mano", which does not require any machine. I also learned many traditional recipes by overlooking my mother or grandmother cooking for hours in the kitchen. My menus are inspired by my origins, by my story and by my present, which I want to share with you. The world is fast paced, and my cuisine will mix both our new technological environment and our heritage, our Italian traditions, by focusing on slow cooking. By taking a step back, I am taking the opportunity in creating unique pieces of pasta made by hand and redefining traditional recipes with a personal twist. Now it's time to just sit, relax and dine!
