Chef Enrico and his team were amazing - I cannot thank them enough for a fantastic evening.  We had booked Enrico to cater for a group with challenging dietary requirements and he exceeded all expectations with the quality and variety of food that he prepared for us all.  In addition to the delicious food, Enrico provided a brilliant explanation of the dishes and the local ingredients that he had used which was highly entertaining and a lovely enhancement to our evening.  Everything worked like clockwork, allowing us to relax while leaving all arrangements in his capable hands.  The kitchen was even left spotless afterwards.  This meal was a real highlight of our holiday - thank you so much!

My family and I rented an old farmhouse in Sicily and had Chef Enrico come prepare a typical Sicilian meal. The home had a stove and small table top oven and when using too many things at once, we kept blowing fuses.  Not being aware of this until he arrived, Chef Enrico somehow made it work. The food was amazing and he made the evening a lot of fun sharing stories of his childhood and the food that he prepared.  It was an evening we will talk about for a long time.  I would 100% recommend hiring him for an event. 
I would also like to add that the chefmaison app was very easy to use.
