He brought not only incredible culinary talent, but also a warm, calm presence that made my family feel completely taken care of. Every course was beautifully executed — refined, flavorful, and presented with such attention to detail. You can feel the passion he puts into his craft. The atmosphere he created in the kitchen and dining room was just as memorable as the food itself. My family was amazed by how smooth and effortless the whole experience felt. He handled everything — prep, service, and cleanup — with absolute professionalism. He also was able to adapt very quickly to unexpected last minute changes we had! As someone who values quality and hospitality, I can confidently say this was one of the best dining experiences we’ve ever had in a private setting. I would highly recommend Chef Miel to anyone looking to create an unforgettable dinner or special occasion. We are genuinely grateful for the evening he gave us, and we look forward to booking him again in the future. Thank you, Miel, for making our Thanksgiving one we’ll never forget.

Everything about our dinner with Chef Giannis was wonderful from the start! It was easy to communicate and book through the app, and Giannis was very helpful with the menu planing. Geweldig genoten hebben wij van het fantastische diner verzorgd door Vincent. Gabriel deed de service aan tafel. We zijn echt in de watten gelegd. Een ooie herinnering is gemaakt. Contact vooraf was heel prettig zo ook tijdens het diner.
