I’m a nutritional chef based in Zurich, passionate about creating food that is both nourishing and incredibly delicious. I believe healthy food should never feel boring — it should be colourful, joyful, full of flavour, and made with love.

My cooking is deeply inspired by my Sicilian roots, especially the recipes, traditions, and love for food that I learned from my mum and my grandma. I love bringing those Mediterranean influences into my cooking while adding my own creative and modern touch.

Colour plays a big part in my cuisine. I love working with fresh, seasonal ingredients and creating beautiful, vibrant dishes that are as exciting to look at as they are to eat.

I offer catering, retreats, private events, and private chef experiences. Whatever the occasion, I love taking care of my clients and creating an experience that feels personal and special. I especially enjoy co-creating with my clients — understanding their tastes, needs, and wishes and turning them into a menu that feels truly theirs.

For me, cooking is a way of caring for people. My goal is simple: to make you feel good, eat beautifully, and leave the table happy.
