Offer culinary experiences to your guests and earn 10% cashback

Give guests exceptional culinary experiences at your rental properties — and create more revenue without extra management.

Why connect Hospitable with ChefMaison

Hospitable already runs the stay. ChefMaison turns that stay into something guests can book at your rental properties.

Better stays for guests

Each reservation gets a unique stay URL with property, dates, and guest count — not a generic marketing link. Recommendations are tailored to that stay.

Unique and memorable stays

We believe food is central to the guest experience — and that means returning customers.

More value per booking

Average booking value is ~CHF 1,000. You keep 10% on every booking — extra revenue on a stay you’re already hosting, without raising nightly rates.

No extra management

ChefMaison handles support, payments, guest communication, and provider vetting. You share ChefMaison from the guest messages you already send in Hospitable.

Frequently asked questions

What does the Hospitable integration do?
It connects the properties and reservations you already manage in Hospitable to ChefMaison, so each guest automatically gets a stay-specific page where they can book a private chef, catering, or a culinary experience — without you setting anything up per guest.
Do I need a Hospitable account?
Yes — the integration authorizes through your existing Hospitable account. There’s nothing to set up on the ChefMaison side beyond connecting it.
What data is synchronized, and does it flow both ways?
Properties and reservations sync from Hospitable to ChefMaison. Each reservation gets a unique stay URL with property, dates, and guest count, then ChefMaison tailors recommendations on that page. ChefMaison can share that stay-page link into Hospitable. What you can write back depends on the provider.
Does it stay in sync automatically?
Yes. Once a property is activated, new and updated reservations refresh the stay dates and status automatically — no manual re-syncing needed.
Can I connect multiple properties?
Yes. Connecting your account imports the listings you choose, but activating ChefMaison is per property — you decide which ones offer it.
Can I connect my vacation rental or Airbnb without using Hospitable?
Yes, we can connect your properties manually so you can benefit from the same experience as though you were using a property management system. Please contact us at operations@chefmaison.com.
How does the affiliate program work?
As a host, you earn a commission on ChefMaison services booked by your guests at your property. On Hospitable, you earn 10% for the first 6 months. Payouts are released 2 days after the event. You’ll get a notification when a guest books, including the event date. Affiliate payouts live in the ChefMaison dashboard. If the event is cancelled, the payout is withdrawn.
Is it available in my market?
ChefMaison currently operates in 20+ countries and has chefs operating worldwide. If you want to learn more, reach out to operations@chefmaison.com.
How can I earn ancillary revenue from my vacation rental without raising nightly rates?
Ancillary revenue — extra income from services beyond the booking itself — is one of the fastest-growing levers for short-term rental hosts. Connecting ChefMaison to your properties lets guests book private chefs, catering, and culinary experiences directly through their stay — including breakfast, lunch, and dinners on longer stays, plus meal-prepping — and you earn 5% of every booking with no added workload. More importantly, they will have an experience they will never forget in your property.
How do I improve the guest experience at my holiday home or vacation rental?
Guests increasingly rate their stay on more than the property itself — local experiences and in-home services like private chefs are a consistent driver of higher reviews and repeat bookings. For longer stays, that often means breakfast, lunch, and dinners, as well as meal-prepping. ChefMaison adds this layer automatically: guests get a personalized stay page with chef and culinary options, and ChefMaison handles sourcing, communication, and support end to end, so it adds no operational work for the host.
What travel and hospitality trends should property managers know about in 2026?
Guests are booking more experiences and personalized services alongside their stay, not just the accommodation itself — private chefs and curated culinary experiences are among the fastest-growing categories. For longer stays, guests also book breakfast, lunch, and dinners, as well as meal-prepping. Property managers who offer these through integrations like ChefMaison capture that demand without building or staffing it themselves.
Can ChefMaison create or update my Hospitable guest messages?
No. You manage the message rules directly within Hospitable, so you are in charge of when and how you share ChefMaison with your guests. You add %guest_portal_chefmaison% to messages you already send. ChefMaison does not send guest messages when you activate a property.
