The food and wine pairings were excellent. The first-course appetizers were delicious, and the pistachio gnocchi was a perfect 10/10. The tomahawk steak was meant to be cooked to medium but was slightly rare in the center. Otherwise, everything else was fantastic. Nico was incredibly professional and kind, and we truly appreciated both his attentiveness and the amazing food he prepared. We would be happy to book again in the future.

Chef Paolo was responsive from day 1 of me indicating my interest. It was not an easy dinner to prepare as we had within 6 of us, 2 young children, 1 senior and 3 adults. The experience was amazing, we were all full, happy and very satisfied. His excellent cooking left even my young picky eaters so full and if they had an extra stomach, would have managed to finish everything. He interacted with all of us with ease & was an absolute delight to have at home. I highly recommend Chef Paolo and would like to extend again my sincerest thanks for making my husband’s 50th birthday a memorable one.

Catalina provided us with a delicious meal in our holiday home in southern Spain. Just feet under the table and enjoy :) The kitchen was also left nice and clean. Definitely highly recommended!

Wir hatten gestern das große Vergnügen, Chef Gérard als Privatkoch bei uns begrüßen zu dürfen – und der Abend hätte nicht besser sein können. Schon im Vorfeld beeindruckte er durch seine ausgesprochen schnelle und verlässliche Kommunikation. Die Menüfindung war bemerkenswert kundenorientiert: Er ist aufmerksam auf all unsere Wünsche, Vorlieben und Besonderheiten eingegangen und hat daraus ein stimmiges, individuelles Menü komponiert. Am Abend selbst überzeugte er nicht nur durch seine angenehme, ruhige Art, sondern vor allem durch seine kulinarische Präzision. Jeder Gang war geschmacklich perfekt ausbalanciert und zeugte von echter handwerklicher Klasse. Das gesamte Erlebnis wirkte durchdacht, harmonisch und professionell – ein rundum gelungener Abend, der uns allen in Erinnerung bleiben wird. Wir würden Chef Gérard jederzeit wieder buchen und können ihn uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Everything about our dinner with Chef Giannis was wonderful from the start! It was easy to communicate and book through the app, and Giannis was very helpful with the menu planing. The dinner itself was absolutely amazing, delicious, and beautifully prepared. I would not hesitate to book with Giannis again!

He brought not only incredible culinary talent, but also a warm, calm presence that made my family feel completely taken care of. Every course was beautifully executed — refined, flavorful, and presented with such attention to detail. You can feel the passion he puts into his craft. The atmosphere he created in the kitchen and dining room was just as memorable as the food itself. My family was amazed by how smooth and effortless the whole experience felt. He handled everything — prep, service, and cleanup — with absolute professionalism. He also was able to adapt very quickly to unexpected last minute changes we had! As someone who values quality and hospitality, I can confidently say this was one of the best dining experiences we’ve ever had in a private setting. I would highly recommend Chef Miel to anyone looking to create an unforgettable dinner or special occasion. We had the absolute pleasure of booking Chef Simone Sorace to cook for us during our stay in Lake Como, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From start to finish, Chef Simone was professional, attentive, and an absolute joy to work with. The communication and coordination were seamless, and the service was impeccable. Every dish he prepared was beautifully presented and bursting with authentic Italian flavor — truly some of the best meals we’ve ever had. It felt like dining in a five-star restaurant from the comfort of our villa. Chef Simone’s passion for his craft shines through in every bite. We can’t recommend him highly enough and would book him again in a heartbeat!

I don’t think I have ever given any review where I have had to give 5 stars for everything. We could not have asked for a better evening. From their personalities, service, professionalism and of course food. We had exquisite appetisers before our meal followed by a truly lovely three course meal. Thé presentation and attention to detail was no less than requisite ans were their menu choices. Our guests loved everything and ended with a spontaneous round of applause from everyone. I can’t recommend Valeria and Gaby enough.
