After working my way up from kitchen assistant to sous-chef and chef de partie in professional kitchens, I developed a strong foundation in technique, organization, and high-level service.
I have worked across a wide range of kitchens from restaurants and hotels to large-scale events serving up to 2000 guests as well as more intimate private dining experiences. This versatility allows me to adapt seamlessly to any setting while maintaining quality and consistency.
My passion lies in combining cultures and flavors. With experience in Afro-Caribbean cuisine and a curiosity for fusion, I create dishes that feel both familiar and surprising. For me, technique is the foundation but creativity is what makes a dish unforgettable.
