Layered mashed yellow or purple potatoes seasoned with lime and ají amarillo, filled with Crab salad and avocado. Ingredients: Potatoes, ají amarillo chili paste, lime juice, vegetable oil, mayonnaise, red onion, salt filled with Octopus,or Crab or Chicken.

Lomo Saltado

Stir-fried beef with red onion, tomatoes, soy sauce, and vinegar, served with crispy fries and white rice. Ingredients: Beef tenderloin, red onion, tomato, soy sauce, red wine vinegar, garlic, cilantro, potatoes, rice, vegetable oil

Arroz con Pato

A traditional northern Peruvian rice dish, slow-cooked with fresh cilantro, dark beer, and aromatic spices, served with tender braised duck. This flavorful and comforting dish reflects the rich culinary heritage of northern Peru. Ingredients: Duck, rice, fresh cilantro, dark beer, red onion, garlic, yellow chili pepper (ají amarillo), vegetable oil, salt, black pepper, cumin.
