Expérience originale et savoureuse. Christophe est ponctuel et très organisé dans le déroulement du service. Sa cuisine est excellente, raffinée et pleine de saveurs. Il a été très à l'écoute quant à mes différentes demandes, et s'est adapté à mes contraintes. Merci pour le repas végétarien prévu pour une convive. Les invités ont adoré. Cependant nous aurions aimé que le chef nous en dise plus de lui même sur sa cuisine et les produits car nous n'avons pas osé trop le questionner de peur de le déranger. Nous tenions également à remercier son commis pour sa sympathie et son humour. Je recommande vivement le chef Christophe qui en plus nous a laissé une cuisine nickel.

Fay heeft heerlijke gerechten voor mijn 21 diner gekookt. En ze is ook nog een super gezellige vrouw om er bij te hebben. De communicatie vooraf was top en ik heb een onvergetelijke avond gehad. Ze is is echt een aanrader!

We hebben genoten van de avond met lekkere hoogstaande gerechten, drankjes en een gezellig gesprek. Daarbij werd de keuken erg netjes achtergelaten. Al met al complimenten!

Mauro kwam koken in een door ons gehuurd huis. We waren met 10 vriendinnen vanuit onze studietijd. Heerlijk om ‘thuis’ te kunnen eten en niet zelf te hoeven koken na een dag op stap te zijn geweest. Mauro is rustig, flexibel, aardig en snel. Hij had alles bij zich en we kregen een heerlijk 4 gangen menu. Hij liet een gepoetste keuken achter. Wij waren heel tevreden. Een aanrader!

Le chef Luca a dépassé nos attentes pour ce dîner que nous avions réservé pour notre anniversaire de mariage. Il a été très généreux, la qualité et la quantité étaient au rendez vous ! Nous recommandons sans hésiter !

Tout s'est bien passé avec Maeva que nous recommandons pour la prestation globale. Les plats proposés étaient bons néanmoins de l'avis de l'ensemble des convives sommes sur un rapport qualité/prix qui est trop élevé.

Chef Hortense was delightful to work with! She was professional and prompt in our communication and the night of the event arrived on time and fully prepared to deliver a wonderful meal. Très mauvaise expérience car le chef a annulé une dizaine de jours avant l’événement sans aucune justification.

C’était notre 1ere expérience et tout s’est très bien passé dès les premiers contact avec Gérard. Les échanges étaient limpides et Gérard a toujours été très réactif. Le jour du dîner tout s’est passé très simplement pour l’organisation : Gérard a pris possession de notre cuisine sans besoin de lui montrer quoi que ce soit ce qui nous a laissé le temps de nous preparee. Souple il a accepté le léger retard de nos convives et nous lui avons donné le tempo des plats à servir. Gérard a à cœur de transmettre ce qu’il a cuisiné avec passion. Sa cuisine est pleine de générosité, il prend le temps d’expliquer et présenter ses mets tout en étant discret. Les plats étaient copieux et savoureux car c’est important pour lui de sourcer les bons ingrédients et produits. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié de profiter pleinement de nos invités sans nous lever sans cesse pour être au four et au moulin, quel confort 😀. Nos invités se sont régalés et ont su apprécié la qualité des mets et du service à l’assiette. Je recommande vivement Gérard pour un dîner parfaitement réussi.

Wat een geweldige avond! De gerechten waren fantastisch en ook de gekozen wijnen pasten er precies bij! Alleen maar lof voor Vincent die heerlijk kan koken en met alle gasten een leuke interactie had! Een avond om nooit te vergeten!

Ik was via Chef Maison op Merlin en Sebastiaan gestuit terwijl ik op zoek was naar een thuis chef om mijn verjaardag te vieren. Wat begon als een diner voor 10 personen eindigde in een groep van 20. Ten alle tijden was de communicatie super, was men flexibel en dacht goed mee. We hebben enorm genoten van de ambiance, de service en natuurlijk het overheerlijke eten! Alle bordjes gingen leeg terug naar de keuken dus dat is het beste compliment ;). Dank jullie wel voor de top verzorgde avond!

Als afsluiter van het vriendenweekend heeft Vincent een excellent diner verzorgd. Van het puntje van Limburg tot de kop Friesland (letterlijk) Voor Vincent is het geen probleem en hij dient met veel plezier de passie voor de gerechten welke hij serveert.

Wat een superervaring! Afgelopen zondag was Chef Steffie bij ons. Ik heb de deur voor haar geopend, 1,5 uur later zaten we met 7 personen aan tafel en hebben we 2,5 uur genoten van de lekkerste en mooist opgemaakte gerechten. En nadat we uitgegeten waren en nagepraat hadden was ook de keuken weer spik en span. Echt een aanrader!

Overheerlijk eten! Echt sterrenwaardig. We hebben een onvergetelijke avond gehad. We waren met collega's een weekend weg in Durbuy en dit was echt een hoogtepunt. Communicatie verliep goed. Menu afstemmen ging soepel. Kortom, echt een aanrader voor iedereen die een prive kok wil!

Our grouped loved everything. Gerard was very friendly and fun. He was extremely professional and left the kitchen cleaner than it was when he arrived. We are so happy we booked Gerard with MaisonChef and not another chef with another agency.

Very good chef, well organised,excellent social skills, very flexible to extra demands Menu was excellent. Highlights were the freshly cooked foie gras and the desserts and mignardises. The amuse-bouches could be improved. Although easy to transport and serve for the chef, it was rather filling before the actual dinner. But overall excellent and definitely to be recommended.

La cuisine de Kazué était très raffiné, et différente, plus familiale de ce que l’on a l’habitude de goûter dans les restaurants japonais en France, l’efficacité et la gentillesse de la préparation et du service étaient parfaite, tout était nickel dans la cuisine après le départ de Kazué.

Nous avons passé un super moment avec Patrick - tout a été parfait du début jusqu'à la fin vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés !

Chef Terenzio was op tijd, netjes en het eten was ook nog eens heerlijk! Wat een luxe!

Het was niet zoals verwacht. Vantevoren hele fijne kennismaking gehad met Reginald. Maar op moment van aankomst kwam er een andere chef, dit was niet met ons gecommuniceerd. En ook iemand die alleen Frans sprak, en geen NL of Eng. Hierdoor geen aanvullende uitleg gekregen over het menu (behalve voorlezen van het gekozen menu, maar ook geen uitleg over de herkomst van het menu, de wijnen, etc etc.). Het eten zelf was prima, maar de opmaak etc ook niet van chef-niveau. De chef was vriendelijk maar we hebben vaker chefkoks aan huis gehad, maar dit was wel echt van een ander niveau. Prijs-kwaliteit was helaas niet goed in balans.

Nous avons adoré les grillades de viande et de légumes, les sauces services en accompagnement. Chef Régis a été très réactif dans la communication avant notre événement et pendant, et a su s'adapter au déroulé de notre soirée (avec 50 pers. il y a toujours quelques surprises !). A la marge, nous aurions aimé que le ceviche de poisson servi en verrine soit un peu plus relevé (ciron, gingembre par exemple) et que les toasts soit plus petits pour faciliter leur préhension et leur dégustation pendant le cocktail. Bravo à Chef Régis !

Chef Fay was absolutely out of this world and any expectations we had were exceeded! We experienced her passion and professionalism from the minute we started interacting, and all communication was always done in a friendly and timely manner. Chef Fay created an amazing menu for us with seasonal produce and managed to take us on a flavor journey unlike any other. She arrived well prepared with everything she needed and you could clearly tell that hours of preparation have already gone into the various elements. On top of being so well prepared, chef Fay is also extremely flexible and able to create the most amazing things in a heartbeat! An hour before our guests were due to arrived I enquired as to whether an additional course (amuse) would be possible, and even though this is never an ideal request, Fay did not hesitate to quickly get some fresh items from the AH and make this happen in the most amazing way imaginable. Chef Fay was absolutely lovely to have around; friendly, warm, spontaneous, courteous and so incredibly professional and polite. It was so lovely to enjoy the evening with our friends while glancing into the kitchen now and again to admire chef Fay at work, and then listen to her explain more about her creations with so much love and passion. She brought beautiful cutlery and crockery for every course and all courses were served with seamless elegance! Every course was absolutely gorgeous to look at but tasted even better than it looked. Chef Fay’s food is honest, sophisticated but not pretentious, modern and flavorful yet honoring some traditional elements, and full of imagination and surprise. Our guests could not stop talking about the food, and the manner in which chef Fay prepared and served it; and we share their sentiments! One of our guests kept saying “she’s a true natural professional” - and I think that says it all! We are more than thankful and appreciative for every single effort that went into making this evening unforgettable! It was perfection!

We had a great culinary experience. The food looked very good and was very delicious. The wines and the stories that went with them went very well. The communication beforehand and during the meal was seamless and they were able to fulfill our wishes. They were very professional and flexible. We didn't miss anything. Hoi Réginald, De dag was perfect verzorgt. Lekker eten vooral. De bediening was ook super. Jullie zijn allemaal erg vriendelijk en lief. Voor de afspraken was het soms even lastig i.v.m. de taalbarrière, maar alles is meer dan goed gekomen. Wat wel nog een opmerking is dat we misschien teveel verschillende soorten witte wijn hadden en dat Mag een paar keer heeft bijgeschonken in een glas drogen wijn Chardonay, met zoete Duitse wijn. ( de verkeerde wijn dus). Dat kan eigenlijk niet. Verder had de bediening best wat meer mogen vragen hoor. Ze hadden i.p.v. koffiemelk gewone halfvolle melk in de melkkannetjes geschonken voor de koffie. Is geen ramp maar had niet gehoeven. De chef-kok had zich best even mogen laten zien direct na het diner, zodat de gasten hem konden bedanken met een applausje bv. Mijn man had nog een kleine opmerking over het hoofd gerecht dit had hij aan Mag verteld. Ver chapó. Heel erg bedankt voor deze onvergetelijke dag. Groetjes Pieter en Jolanda.

C'était excellent et très appréciable d'avoir une cheffe à la maison. Elle était très sympa et à l'écoute. Notre enfant de 2 ans a redemandé de tous les plats et cheffe Laurence a veillé à adapter le menu aux papilles d'un enfant en proposant de soi même un dessert plus approprié. Le conseil d'accord vin et mets avec son sommelier est appréciable également. En plus de la qualité des plats et du service, elle est ponctuelle, reactive pour la préparation et l'organisation en amont.

Nous avons fait appel aux services de Maeva pour un EVJF et elle a su être réactive et attentive à nos demandes tout en nous proposer une vraie valeur ajoutée en nous proposant une vraie valeur ajoutée comme le dressage de table (en option). Entrée, plat, dessert et cocktail étaient délicieux, et nous étions plus que repues ! Nous conseillons.

Chef Sherwin made us lunch and dinner in our own kitchen and it was sublime!! Everything was delicious! Also communication was good, he was on time, very friendly and proffesional. I would definitely recommend him if you want a special dinner. My personal highlight was the desert with golden glitter and an eatable flower. It looked so beautiful.

Gunther heeft voor ons gekookt, de prijs-kwaliteit verhouding viel tegen. Voor de kleintjes was er behalve het ijsje niets geregeld. 120 euro per persoon voor salades die niet zelf gemaakt waren is ceel geld. Tel daarbij op dat de kelner niet wist wat er geserveerd werd…. De voorgerechtjes en desserts werden in plastic bakjes geserveerd… Al met al een teleurstellende ervaring.

Wij zochten voor onze bruiloft een chef die zowel vlees/vis als veganistische gerechten kon bereiden. Dit hebben we met Sherwin zeker goed in weten te vullen. Het was allemaal heel smaakvol en ook bijzonder. Over onder andere de lekkere Vegan Cheesecake hebben de gasten het nog steeds. Sherwin dacht daarnaast goed mee met wat er extra nodig was qua bediening van de gasten, meubels etc. Wel was er een andere kok ziek waardoor er last minute wat in personeel geschoven moest worden. Communicatie was prettig en hij bracht een ontspannen sfeer mee. Kortom, erg tevreden!.

Vincent heeft voor ons een diner verzorgd voor 20 personen en wat hebben we genoten! Alles is ons uit handen genomen. Vincent heeft van voorbereiding tot het einde steeds alles goed gecommuniceerd en voorbereid. Alles was aan te passen aan onze wensen. Hij was op tijd aanwezig. Hij werkt rustig, netjes en we hebben geen enkel moment stress bij hem gezien. Werkelijk alles klopte! We hadden twee amuses en aansluitend vier gangen. Het eten was fantastisch! De presentatie, het uiterlijk en de smaak. Alle eer voor Vincent. We hebben geen enkel minpunt kunnen ontdekken. Heel hartelijk dank voor de geweldige avond!

Professionaliteit van Chef Sherwin Barboline kan ik niet beoordelen. Wij gingen ervan uit dat hij zelf zou komen echter twee medewerkers verschenen zonder verder toelichting. Het eten werd als goed ervaren maar de verzorging liet te wensen over. De medewerkers deden hun best, echter niet conform wat je zou mogen verwachten voor het geld besteed.

Nous avons adoré notre expérience de chef à la maison avec Romain Mariani. Les plats étaient fins, goûteux et la présentation était digne d’un étoilé. En plus de la cuisine, Romain s’est occupé de tout: vaisselle, service, nettoyage Une soirée parfaite où nous avons pu profiter pleinement de nos convives! À refaire, bravo 👏👏

This was my first time using ChefMaison, and Chef Matthieu Audinot was wonderful to work with throughout the entire event planning process including the actual event itself. He was very responsive on ChefMasion and was more than willing to adjust his initial menu recommendations to create the perfect French-themed dinner as part of our vacation in the Champagne region to celebrate our friend's 40th birthday. After booking with Chef Matthieu, but before our event, he also reached out to our Airbnb host to confirm that he would have everything he needed onsite the day of our dinner. It was a truly one-of-a kind dinining experience with flawless preparation and presentation. Most important, Chef Matthieu's food is beyond delicious!! He also left our kitchen absolutely spotless. You will not be disappointed if you book with Chef Matthieu as he will deliver a truly unique culinary event that you will never forget!

Chef Hortense prepared an amazing dinner for eight people and had it on schedule as promised. The flavors and presentation were outstanding. De gehele ervaring was geweldig. Sherwin heeft vlot gecommuniceerd via de chat, was stipt en professioneel. Maar het allerbelangrijkste was dat we heerlijk gegeten hebben. We hadden een kleine groep van 4 volwassenen en een kind. Vantevoren hebben we de wensen doorgesproken, zo wilde ik graag voor mijn moeder kreeft als gang omdat ze daar gek op is en het niet vaak eet. Dit was geen probleem en werd keurig ingepast met de andere wensen en gerechten. Voor het kind (6) werden de gangen op versimpelde wijze opgediend en ondanks deze kritische eter ging het erin als koek! We waren blij verrast. We hadden een mooie combi van gerechten, vlees, vis en schaaldier en een heerlijk chocolade dessert. Sherwin was heel makkelijk in de omgang en heeft de keuken weer keurig achtergelaten. De ervaring heeft onze ogen geopend hoe leuk het is om in een huiselijke setting met een (evt ook grotere) groep een avond te organiseren met restaurant kwaliteit. Dit gaan we vaker doen!

Great experience with Guilherme a few nights ago. He cooked for 14 of us and all four courses were excellent. The table decorations were super and he left the kitchen extremely tidy afterwards. A really lovely night.

Exceptional Culinary Experience – A Night to Remember! We recently had the pleasure of hosting a private dinner prepared by Chef Norbert Jacniak, and it was nothing short of spectacular! From the moment we first connected with Chef Jacniak, his professionalism and passion for culinary excellence were evident. He took the time to understand our preferences, and dietary restrictions, crafting a menu that was both innovative and perfectly tailored to our tastes. Chef Norbert arrived promptly on the night of the event and transformed our kitchen into a gourmet haven. The attention to detail was impeccable, from the meticulous preparation to the stunning presentation of each dish. Every course was a culinary masterpiece, showcasing the finest ingredients and flawless execution. The flavors were harmonious and balanced, with each bite telling a story of creativity and expertise. A truly Michelin-starred chef in our own kitchen! One of the best dining experiences we’ve ever had so we had him again the following day :) - we can’t wait to have him back for future celebrations! Teun heeft ons een heerlijk menu opgediend waar we van hebben genoten. De enige opmerking is dat het lang duurde voordat de eerste gang werd opgediend.

Dans le cadre d’un enterrement de vie de jeune fille, nous avons fait appel au service du chef Costa. Nous avons passé un très bon moment. Il a décoré la table avec goût et nous a préparé de délicieux plats à base de produits locaux issus de circuits courts. Il a été attentif à nos préférences et goûts. Je recommande!
