He handled everything — prep, service, and cleanup — with absolute professionalism. He also was able to adapt very quickly to unexpected last minute changes we had! As someone who values quality and hospitality, I can confidently say this was one of the best dining experiences we’ve ever had in a private setting. It was a nice experience. We never had a private chef before. Chef Bryan, made this very accessible with clear contact and instructions. The food was very good. Bryan made sure everything was in order. Bryan left the kitchen cleaner than clean.
