The atmosphere he created in the kitchen and dining room was just as memorable as the food itself. My family was amazed by how smooth and effortless the whole experience felt. He handled everything — prep, service, and cleanup — with absolute professionalism. He also was able to adapt very quickly to unexpected last minute changes we had! As someone who values quality and hospitality, I can confidently say this was one of the best dining experiences we’ve ever had in a private setting. I would highly recommend Chef Miel to anyone looking to create an unforgettable dinner or special occasion. Merlin and Sebastiaan are two very warm and professional chefs with a great passion for food. Yesterday, they provided a fantastic vegan buffet during a networking event, and everything was perfect down to the last detail. We ate incredibly well and enjoyed it thoroughly! Vous pouvez faire appel au Chef Johann Schopff les yeux fermés! Une très belle expérience pour un anniversaire de mariage (7 personnes). Les plats sont très biens présentés, bien travaillés et les produits de qualité. Nous nous sommes régalés. Un très bon rapport qualité prix. Bref : au top, à renouveler!
