Everything about our dinner with Chef Giannis was wonderful from the start! It was easy to communicate and book through the app, and Giannis was very helpful with the menu planing. The dinner itself was absolutely amazing, delicious, and beautifully prepared. I would not hesitate to book with Giannis again!

He brought not only incredible culinary talent, but also a warm, calm presence that made my family feel completely taken care of. Every course was beautifully executed — refined, flavorful, and presented with such attention to detail. You can feel the passion he puts into his craft. The atmosphere he created in the kitchen and dining room was just as memorable as the food itself. My family was amazed by how smooth and effortless the whole experience felt. He handled everything — prep, service, and cleanup — with absolute professionalism. He also was able to adapt very quickly to unexpected last minute changes we had! As someone who values quality and hospitality, I can confidently say this was one of the best dining experiences we’ve ever had in a private setting. I would highly recommend Chef Miel to anyone looking to create an unforgettable dinner or special occasion. De ervaring in twee woorden: Écht fantastisch! We hebben ontzettend genoten van een heel smaakvolle avond, die tot in de puntjes verzorgd was. Ook de moeite en energie die gestopt werd in het allergie-vrij maken van het menu; wauw! 🩷 In de toekomst gaan we zeker weer aan je denken. Dank dank dank!

Het was een geweldige avond! We hebben heerlijk gegeten in een knusse en fijne setting. Simone heeft een heerlijk 5 gangen diner neer gezet en goed rekening gehouden met intoleranties. Hij zorgde voor een relaxte sfeer en vertelde op een leuke manier over het eten met bijpassende wijnen! Het was heerlijk! Dit gaan we zeker nog een keer doen

Wat een topavond hebben wij gehad met chef Fay! Niet alleen kan ze fantastisch koken, ze is zeer georganiseerd (brandschone en opgeruimde keuken na afloop) en een hele goede gastvrouw. Eten werd uitgeserveerd met uitleg over ingrediënten en de bijpassende wijnen. Fay dacht creatief mee bij een speciaal verzoek van mij. Het allerleukste aan Fay? Ze is heel leuk en gezellig, dus wij raden haar aan!!

We had a surprise dinner of 8 people for my wife's 60th birthday. Jelte helped making it a festive and unforgettable event. He came on time, prepared the dining table and quickly made himself home in the open kitchen. The 4 courses were without exception excellent, fine dining. Throughout the dinner he was present without being obtrusive and had a good feeling for when to contribute to the discussions. At the end he cleaned the whole dining room and kitchen. The whole experience was excellent and we can wholeheartedly recommend Jelte to anyone seeking a Chef at home.

Rick and Bob gave us an unforgettable evening. The food was incredibly delicious, and the different flavors complemented each other perfectly. The wine pairing was equally well chosen and presented with great expertise. We would book the two of them again anytime and couldn’t have imagined a better evening.
