The dinner itself was absolutely amazing, delicious, and beautifully prepared. I would not hesitate to book with Giannis again!

It was a nice experience. We never had a private chef before. Chef Bryan, made this very accessible with clear contact and instructions. The food was very good. Bryan made sure everything was in order. Bryan left the kitchen cleaner than clean.

He brought not only incredible culinary talent, but also a warm, calm presence that made my family feel completely taken care of. The atmosphere he created in the kitchen and dining room was just as memorable as the food itself. My family was amazed by how smooth and effortless the whole experience felt. He handled everything — prep, service, and cleanup — with absolute professionalism. He also was able to adapt very quickly to unexpected last minute changes we had! As someone who values quality and hospitality, I can confidently say this was one of the best dining experiences we’ve ever had in a private setting. I would highly recommend Chef Miel to anyone looking to create an unforgettable dinner or special occasion. De ervaring in twee woorden: Écht fantastisch! We hebben ontzettend genoten van een heel smaakvolle avond, die tot in de puntjes verzorgd was. Ook de moeite en energie die gestopt werd in het allergie-vrij maken van het menu; wauw! 🩷 In de toekomst gaan we zeker weer aan je denken. Dank dank dank!

We had a surprise dinner of 8 people for my wife's 60th birthday. Jelte helped making it a festive and unforgettable event. He came on time, prepared the dining table and quickly made himself home in the open kitchen. The 4 courses were without exception excellent, fine dining. Throughout the dinner he was present without being obtrusive and had a good feeling for when to contribute to the discussions. At the end he cleaned the whole dining room and kitchen. The whole experience was excellent and we can wholeheartedly recommend Jelte to anyone seeking a Chef at home.

Wij hebben een heerlijk 5 gangen diner gehad, ter ere van de 70e verjaardag van mijn schoonvader. Fay is ontzettend lief en vrolijk en kookt de sterren van de hemel. Kortom, een hele mooie ervaring.
