Nous sommes très contents de l'expérience culinaire offerte par le chef Réginald Smit. Dans le cadre de l'anniversaire de notre mère, nous avons demandé le menu "Gourmet Urbain". Le chef a accepté avec plaisir de modifier son menu en fonction des désirs de notre mère : homard à la place de l'agneau et pavlova à la place du tiramisu. Nous avons vraiment adoré notre soirée. À refaire sans hésitation !

Catalina provided us with a delicious meal in our holiday home in southern Spain. Just feet under the table and enjoy :) The kitchen was also left nice and clean. Definitely highly recommended!

We had a wonderful experience with Chef Regniald. He was very kind, responsive, and flexible, adapting the menu perfectly to our wishes. Communication was smooth, he arrived on time, managed everything independently, and the dinner was delicious. The lobster bisque and turkey were especially outstanding. We loved the subtle Brazilian and Japanese influences, which still appealed to more classical tastes. Highly recommended!

Chef Simone Stagnitto heeft voor ons een heel bijzondere avond verzorgd. Het Ligurische vier gangen menu was uitstekend. De bijpassende wijnen van kleine wijnboeren uit dezelfde streek heel goed geselecteerd. Service en kennis geweldig. Chef Simone heeft ons volledig ontzorgd, borden en glazen had hij meegenomen en na deze super gezellige avond was de keuken spik en span.

Aaron (chef) weet wat koken is op een uitmuntend niveau. Weet zijn gasten mee te nemen in een culinaire beleving. Is zeer toegankelijk, maakt er een mooi feestje van. Prettig in omgang en weet daarbij ook nog de oorsprong van diverse gerechten te vertellen. Zeker een aanrader!!

De chef was vriendelijk en zorgde voor een ontspannen sfeer. Het eten was smakelijk en met zorg bereid. Dankzij zijn professionaliteit en gastvrije houding voelde het als een volledig verzorgde avond in ons huis. Een ervaring die we graag nog eens herhalen.

We had the pleasure of welcoming Elisabeth into our home as a private chef for the first time, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Her presence was subtle and calm, exactly what you hope for when inviting someone into your home, especially with family around. She blended in effortlessly, creating a relaxed atmosphere while quietly taking care of everything in the kitchen. The food itself was excellent. Thoughtful, well-prepared, and clearly made with care. What we appreciated most was how naturally she catered to both vegetarians and non-vegetarians, without compromise on flavor or quality for either. Everyone at the table felt equally considered, and every dish stood on its own. A warm, professional, and highly enjoyable first experience with a private chef at home. We would happily invite Elisabeth back and can wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for refined, home-based cooking that feels both special and comfortable.
