I'm Chef Hugo, a passionate home chef aged 45, immersed in cooking since 2012. My culinary journey began in childhood, fascinated by family feasts and cozy gourmet nights. Frequent dining as a teenager in diverse restaurants, from international to Michelin-starred, fueled my exploration of flavors and techniques in the last 20 years.
Though not yet creating my own recipes, I'm a chef in progress, constantly studying cookbooks and experimenting with classics to craft unique dishes. Influenced by chefs like Heston Blumenthal, Raymond Blanc and Sergio Herman, my cooking style merges their techniques.
Alongside cooking, I design websites, finding parallels in preparation, creativity, and attention to detail. As a home chef, I aim to deliver unforgettable culinary experiences, blending flavors, creativity, and hospitality to recreate the joy of childhood feasts.
