At 33 years old and with more than a decade of experience in haute cuisine, I have worked in prestigious restaurants such as those of Martรญn Berasategui and Dani Garcรญa. My career also includes experiences in luxury hotels, such as the Four Seasons Madrid and the Hotel Arts in Barcelona. After a solid career in high-level kitchens, I now dedicate myself as a private chef to creating personalized and exclusive gastronomic experiences for each client, fusing creativity, tradition and excellence in each dish.
