About Chef Maruxa Ceballos Segade
Maruxa, born in Galiciaโone of Spainโs premier food paradisesโwas deeply influenced by her grandmother, who passed on the knowledge of traditional Galician cuisine and the importance of using the finest ingredients. She graduated and completed a master's degree in Hotel Management and Gastronomy at CSHG (Hotel Management School of Galicia). After 15 years working in luxury hotels and restaurants across Europe, she moved to Mallorca to start a gourmet project. Recently, she received an innovation award in circular economy from the Galician government for her sustainable improvement proposal for the Galician fishing industry. Maruxa promotes a new gastronomic era that is conscious, sustainable, and focused on holistic nutrition.
