I’m a Japanese chef from Tokyo, currently based in Mallorca, with more than 20 years of international experience in hospitality and food.

I ran my own Japanese restaurant in Mexico for six years, where I was involved in every part of the business — from menu creation and cooking to purchasing, kitchen management, events and taking care of guests.

My cooking is based on authentic Japanese techniques, fresh seasonal ingredients and simple, balanced flavours. I enjoy preparing Japanese home-style dishes, sushi, gyoza, onigiri and vegetarian dishes, as well as creating menus that can be adapted to different tastes and dietary preferences.

For me, food is not only about what is on the plate, but also about creating a warm and enjoyable experience. I love sharing Japanese food and culture with people, whether it is a relaxed family meal, a private dinner, a villa gathering or a hands-on cooking experience.

I’m happy to create a personalised menu together with each client, depending on their preferences, the occasion and the atmosphere they are looking for.
