I'm a chef from the Philippines where I graduated with a Culinary Arts and Hospitality degree. I moved to Australia back in 2018 and found myself immersed in the diverse culture and admired their vast native ingredients. With 10 years of experience working in various kitchens, I've gained knowledge cooking with different global cuisines and techniques.

In my culinary journey, I've also learnt the overwhelming amount of waste produced in this profession. That is why I practice minimising waste whenever I can and use seasonal and local ingredients as much as possible.
