Chef Eve Bergazyn trained at the French Culinary Institute in New York City, inspired by a childhood shaped by excellent and adventurous home cooking and travel throughout Mexico and France. She built her foundation in top New York kitchens including A Voce, Craft, and with chefs Geoffrey Zakarian and Michael Laiskonis, later becoming Chef of Vesta, a Zagat top-50 NYC restaurant during her tenure. After working as Pastry Chef at a remote NatGeo Unique Lodge in Alaska, Eve relocated to Los Angeles. She now works closely with clients on customized meal prep and private events and celebrations, bringing restaurant-level cooking into homes and gatherings.
