We had a surprise dinner of 8 people for my wife's 60th birthday. Jelte helped making it a festive and unforgettable event. He came on time, prepared the dining table and quickly made himself home in the open kitchen. The 4 courses were without exception excellent, fine dining. Throughout the dinner he was present without being obtrusive and had a good feeling for when to contribute to the discussions. At the end he cleaned the whole dining room and kitchen.
The whole experience was excellent and we can wholeheartedly recommend Jelte to anyone seeking a Chef at home.

Alles volgens afspraak gedaan. Keurig verzorgd. Goed eten en flexibel, ongemerkt werken. Tempo aangepast aan ons ‘gesprek’. Wij hadden zelf de wijnen geregeld, maar Jelte integreerde dat uitstekend in zijn service en presentatie. Alom lof en enthousiasme bij de tafelgenoten.

Was allemaal erg lekker en door iedereen gesmaakt, mooie vegetarische smaak- en textuurcombinaties, ongedwongen opgediend met ook aandacht voor de 6 kindjes die erbij waren.

Chef Jelte created a wonderful celebration dinner for my family and me. Very considerate and knowledgable of dietary restrictions and allergies. It was really comfortable to have Chef Jelte on our rented premises, finding his way around a kitchen that we weren't 100% familiar with either – discreet but also up for a chat. Great service (with lovely small touches for the kids). Can only recommend!

Notre repas avec Jelte a été parfait! De la décoration de la table aux mets délicats et délicieux, en passant par un service impeccable, une grande flexibilité dans l'adaptation des menus en fonction de certains goûts/besoins et une playlist adaptée, le tout réalisé avec grande gentillesse, bienveillance et bonne humeur. Vraiment grand merci à vous! Trois générations ont été comblées par cette magnifique soirée!

We hebben een heerlijke vriendinnen avond gehad! Het diner en de wijnen waren super en Jelte had mooie tafelaankleding mee. Een van de vriendinnen was zwanger en qua drank en menu had Jelte dit top geregeld. Ook was de keuken heel netjes achter gelaten.
