My style is bold American comfort food that feels indulgent without being fussy, think land and sea done right. Nothing makes me happier than searing a tomahawk ribeye to a perfect crust, finishing it with homemade garlic butter, plating it alongside bacon-wrapped asparagus and crispy potatoes, and watching someone take that first bite. After 15 years in fine dining I know exactly what separates a good meal from an unforgettable one, and I bring every bit of that to your table.</p>
