I am a professional chef with over six years of experience working in professional kitchens. I have a degree in Kitchen Management and Production from the Lisbon School of Hospitality and Tourism.

I currently work at a hotel as a Sous Chef, where I have gained valuable experience in managing kitchen operations, leading teams and maintaining high standards of quality.

I have also previously run a small Angolan food delivery business, which allowed me to develop my entrepreneurial skills and further explore my passion for Angolan cuisine.

At this stage of my career, my main focus is to work as a Private Chef, creating personalised culinary experiences and bringing my passion, experience and creativity directly to my clients.
