I've been a Chef for more than a decade now, i studied culinary arts, bakery, biological bakery, specialization in molecular gastronomy. I've worked in amost every level of a kitchen, from traditional portuguese cuisine to 5 stars hotel, Michelin guide restaurantes, I even had my own business. Nothing makes me happy than to create new plates, new flavours for people to try, I love to Cook and to eat also, I love Italian cuisine, Japanese. Portuguese, Angolan, a little bit of everything. My passion is to bring all those flavours into my plate, I love Fusion cuisine. One of my creations that I love to make to this day is Moamba Tacos, basically a traditional Angolan fish translated into mexican taco, with all Angolan flavours but mexican texture, people love this tacos so do I. My call in this world is to make people happy with food.
