About Chef Clemence Morel
Originally from Normandy, where I was introduced to home cooking, I have lived in Nice since 2011. From my first experience as a private chef at 18, I knew that cooking was my calling. After working in catering and living for a year in New Zealand, where I explored all aspects of the profession, I decided to resume my studies to become a sommelier. Now a graduate of the CAP Cuisine, I offer a complete experience combining food and wine. Sensitive to vegetarian and vegan influences, I work with local producers in sustainable agriculture, highlighting the richness of the seasons through creative and authentic dishes.
