We hired Catalina for a very special birthday meal on our last night in Malaga, Catalina was extremely accommodating when planning the menu, catering for everyone at the dinner. The food itself was absolutely outstanding, her Ceviche was incredible, we had incredible fresh fish for our mains and her baked cheesecake was the best cheesecake any of us had ever tasted. It was an unbelievable meal start to finish and made it a truly unforgettable celebration. Thank you Catalina !

Our family (17 of us!) chose to celebrate Thanksgiving in Malaga this year with a tranditional Spanish meal. I found Chef Catalina on the Chef Maison website. Everything about the experience was perfect! Chef Catalina communicated well and was very timely in her responses and receptive to what we wanted including our dietary restrictions. She arrived at our house in Malaga well-prepared and was friendly and efficient as she prepared our meal. Everything was perfect! We had a delcious salad of fruit and potatoes with dressing, nicely cooked scampi, and a wonderful seafood and chicken paella for dinner all while enjoying a tasty sangria. For dessert, Chef Catalina prepared a fruit compote over a cookie crumble that topped it all off. When she left, our stomachs were full and the kitchen was clean. I can't recommend Chef Catalina enough. She gave us the perfect Thanksgiving, Spanish style, in Malaga this year!

The food was very tasty and of top quality. Only the service could improve. Once you finished your plate and last bite the next course was already present. It seemed like she wanted to get away quickly

Catalina provided us with a delicious meal in our holiday home in southern Spain. Just feet under the table and enjoy :) The kitchen was also left nice and clean. Definitely highly recommended!
