I'm Domenico Leone, a professional chef with 10 years of experience, graduating in 2011 from the I.P.S.S.A.R. hotel management school in Potenza (Basilicata).

In 2013, I moved to Emilia Romagna, to Reggio Emilia, where I still live.

There, I worked in various restaurants, learning all the secrets and techniques of good, flavorful cuisine.

In 2021, I decided to undertake a work experience in a traditional hotel in Val di Fassa (Trentino Alto Adige).

I learned and discovered all the techniques and secrets to preparing a delicious Ladin-style dinner.

Despite my various career paths, I have never forgotten my origins: a small village in the Basilicata hinterland, characterized by a cuisine typically based on meat and homemade pasta...a true delight for the palate and a feast for the eyes.
