A través de mi proyecto culinario, "The Lemon Experience", los invito a un viaje a través de mis platillos, un reflejo de los diversos mercados y culturas que han marcado mi trayectoria.</p><p>Este viaje ha sido una verdadera aventura gastronómica, que me ha llevado a colaborar con reconocidos chefs y restaurantes en Puerto Rico, Perú y México. Ya sea organizando cenas exclusivas, eventos privados o talleres de cocina, mi misión sigue siendo la misma: promover los ingredientes locales reinterpretándolos con técnicas españolas y europeas, fusionadas con las auténticas tradiciones que he recopilado a lo largo de una década de exploración.</p>
