I am a professional chef with experience from around the world including Spain, Italy, California, Colorado, and Arizona. I studied at Johnson & Wales University in Denver, Colorado then moved to Spain to work in the 3 Michelin Star Restaurant ABaC in Barcelona. I also worked in Hotels and other Fine dining restaurants including the 2 Michelin Star Restaurant Vespertine and 1 Michelin Star Restaurant Dialogue where I obtained valuable modern day gastronimical skills with food.
