I am a private chef based near Viterbo, in central Italy. I cook for guests in villas, countryside houses and holiday homes between Umbria, Tuscia and Tuscany, creating tailor-made Italian dinners that are elegant, seasonal and convivial.
Over the years I have worked in fine-dining restaurants, 5* superior hotels, high-level catering and banqueting, and restaurants listed in major Italian guides such as Gambero Rosso. I have cooked for events in the worlds of fashion, TV and politics, as well as for families and groups of friends on holiday.
I love working with small local producers, fresh seasonal ingredients and traditional recipes from central Italy, sometimes in a more contemporary way. My goal is simple: to make you feel at home around the table – even when you are far from home.
