Chef Valina created a truly unique and unforgettable experience for my partner’s birthday. She was exceptionally warm, welcoming and kind, and made us feel like true VIPs throughout the evening.

The food was absolutely delicious, and we loved discovering new and authentic Greek flavours. Every dish was prepared with great care and passion. At the end of the evening, she left the kitchen perfectly clean and tidy.

A wonderful culinary experience from beginning to end. We could not have wished for a more special celebration and highly recommend Chef Valina!

Chef Valina created a truly unique and unforgettab

I’m Vallina, a third-generation member of a Greek-Belgian hospitality family with more than 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry. My love for food and entertaining didn’t start in culinary school, but around a family table where cooking, sharing and welcoming people have always been part of everyday life.

My cooking is Greek and Mediterranean at heart. I respect the traditional flavours and family recipes I grew up with, while adding my own personal touch. I love creating tables filled with mezze, grilled meat and fish, fresh salads, homemade dips and dishes designed to be shared. My style isn’t about stiff fine dining — it’s generous, flavourful food that brings people together.

As a third-generation restaurateur, I carry recipes and techniques that have been passed down through my family. At the same time, I love experimenting with flavours and combinations. With my background in mixology, I also have a strong passion for cocktails, drinks and food pairing.

For me, private dining is about much more than cooking. I want to create an evening where my guests simply sit down, taste, share and enjoy — as if they’ve been invited to a Greek family table
