After a successful career in the marketing and entertainment industry, I decided to change direction towards cooking and hospitality. My curiosity for other styles and cultures have always been a present driving force in my cooking. Since 2009, I have been traveling all over the world for food. From street food to fine dining, I have had the opportunity to see and taste many things.
Since 2019 I cater parties up to 100 people, due to many requests I moved more towards private dining. Since corona I moved to one of the most beautiful natural areas of the Netherlands. From my farm, at the foot of the Schoorl dunes, I prepare everything. My focus is on local North Holland products, flavored with herbs and aromas from all over the world.
My Israeli roots and my love for Mediterranean cuisine give me the space to be creative and give guests a customized experience. Every time it is my mission to introduce people to new flavors and dishes.
