I work with seasonal, locally sourced ingredients, with respect for sustainability and ethics, transforming them into dishes that are both refined and meaningful. What I offer is not just a menu, but intimate and memorable experiences: from elegant private dinners and brunches in villas, to day classes where we cook, eat, and share stories together.

I also design experiences for families and children, such as Pasta Day and Pizza Day, where cooking becomes a playful, creative celebration to enjoy together.
