I am a passionate chef with over 10 years of experience in professional kitchens, specializing in contemporary cuisine inspired by refined Canadian ingredients, modern Indian influences, and French, Italian, and European culinary traditions. My culinary journey has taken me through high-volume restaurants, fine dining environments, and leadership roles where I have developed a strong foundation in menu development, team management, and creating memorable dining experiences.

I completed my culinary training at Vancouver Community College and continue to refine my craft through competitions, industry events, and ongoing learning. In 2025, I participated in the BC Chef Apprentice Competition, presenting a contemporary tasting menu that reflected my passion for creativity, technique, and thoughtful flavor combinations.

What I enjoy most is creating personalized dining experiences that bring people together. Whether it is an elegant multi-course dinner, a family-style gathering, or a customized menu for a special occasion, I focus on fresh ingredients, attention to detail, and dishes that leave a lasting impression.
