I am Axel Ruiz, a private chef with over 12 years of experience in fine dining, specializing in creating unique, fully personalized culinary experiences on the Costa Blanca.

My cuisine is built on the balance between French technique, Mediterranean tradition, and contemporary creativity, inspired by my travels and professional experiences across Asia and the Americas.

I consider myself a passionate, detail-oriented, and approachable chef, with a strong focus on flavor, aesthetics, and precision, always aiming to create emotion through every dish.

My training includes a formative period in Lyon, working in the Brasseries of Paul Bocuse, as well as participation in the prestigious “Meilleur Apprenti de France” competition and the French television program “Objectif Top Chef”.

In 2024, I was awarded Winner of Spain’s Most Original Burger, a recognition that reflects my ongoing pursuit of excellence, creativity, and innovation.

I design fully bespoke menus, personally selecting fresh, local, and seasonal products of the highest quality.

On the day of the event, I take care of everything: mise en place, live cooking, service, attention to detail, and final cleanup.
