I have been working in gastronomy for over 15 years. I graduated in Culinary Arts in Brazil and have built an international career driven by passion, creativity, and a deep love for food.

I had the privilege of working in restaurants from the Alain Ducasse group in France, where I refined my techniques and developed a strong foundation in high-level cuisine. I also worked as a Head Chef in Croatia, which expanded my culinary perspective and strengthened my ability to lead and innovate in the kitchen.

I truly enjoy cooking dishes from different nationalities and cultures. My style is inspired by movement, discovery, and creativity. Through my plates, I express the experiences from my travels and the places I have explored around the world.

I love introducing people to new ingredients, surprising their palates, and creating memorable dining experiences. For me, food is not just about flavor — it’s about storytelling, emotion, and connection
